Common questions

How do I add my baby? Open the app, complete the short onboarding, and tap to add your baby's name, date of birth and country.
How do I share with my partner? Go to Profile → Sharing and send an invitation by email.
How do I change my region or units? Profile → Settings → Country/Region and Unit System.
How do I manage my subscription? Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
How do I export my data? Profile → export your baby's data as PDF or CSV.
How do I delete my account? Email us at the address above and we will remove your data within 30 days.
